Most of workers will go back to hometown for Chinese New Year holiday since the beginning of Jan, which cause us shortage of employee. Thus the best schedule is placing order before Jan 10, 2018.
Besides, because the earliest shipment date after Chinese New Year holiday is Mar 31, 2019 if you can place order at Feb 15, 2019 when we back to office from Chinese New Year holiday. So you may need to prepare enough stock.
